Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor). Each franchise owner/operator is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law.

• Assist with cake preparation by adding finishing touches and decorations for guests.
• Learn cake crafting and contribute to guest satisfaction; participate in training for career growth.
• Support a joyful, community-focused environment and deliver friendly service.

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Are physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Are willing to work early morning and weekend shifts.
• Experience in a bakery, restaurant, or food service role is helpful but not required.
