** is looking to add a Veterinary Technician to our team!

* Location:

** 4505 Old Bullard Rd, Tyler, TX 75703
** Closed on weekends!
**** The ideal candidate will:
*** Actively support veterinarians and other staff in daily patient and client care.
* Be an active listener, paying close attention to details.
* Observe the behavior and conditions of animals.
* Be able to prep and monitor animals for surgical procedures.
* Phlebotomy* Actively demonstrate dependability and importance of work to clients, supervisors, and other  employees.
* Participate in cross-training and willing to work in all areas of the hospital.
* Easily adapt to situations that arise such as emergencies, taking initiative, dealing with high volume on the phone as well as in person.
** REQUIREMENTS**:
* Must have 2+ years in the veterinary industry
* Knowledge of basic industry tools and equipment
* Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
* Believes in the importance of client education
* Compassionate toward our patients and clients
* Motivated to learn new skills
* Positive and supportive team player
