American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position in Tyler, TX, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week night shift contract.

• Work in a 36-bed Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Floating required to units of equal acuity
• Epic EMR experience required
• Level I Trauma experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred

• Active TX RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

• Candidates residing in the following TX counties are not eligible:
  Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible as a traveler
• No travel pairs or groups will be accepted
• Up to 3 days of RTO may be approved; no RTO will be approved during the first week of orientation
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration
