Overnight Registered Nurse; RN

Schedule: 12-hour overnight shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Hourly Pay Range: $35 – $50 per hour (based on experience)

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent role in a post-acute and long-term care setting in Tyler, Texas. This position offers a consistent overnight schedule and the opportunity to provide autonomous clinical care during night hours.

Responsibilities

Perform resident assessments and independent clinical decision-making.

Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.

Respond to changes in condition and overnight clinical emergencies.

Coordinate with on-call providers and leadership as needed.

Supervise LVNs and CNAs when applicable.

Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Required

Active, unencumbered Texas RN license.

Ability to work consistent overnight shifts.

Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred

Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience.

Prior overnight or charge nurse experience.
