Overview
We are seeking a reliable Overnight Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time, permanent position in a post-acute and long-term care setting in Tyler, Texas. This role provides a consistent night schedule and long-term stability.
Responsibilities- Provide licensed nursing care during overnight hours.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
- Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies.
- Document care accurately and timely.
- Support and supervise CNAs as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
Required
- Active, unencumbered Texas LVN license.
- Ability to work consistent overnight shifts.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Preferred
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience.
- Experience working independently on overnight shifts.
