Lifespace Communities - [Nursing Assistant / Patient Health] As a Certified Medication Aide at Lifespace Communities, you'll:
Set up medication for residents and provide medication, under the direction and monitoring of a licensed nurse, and according to physician orders;
Record and document all medication, treatment and care provided for residents;
Take and record vital signs of residents;
Prepare monthly summaries, may take off physician orders and prepare chart for new residents;
Respond to resident calls and requests;
Assist residents with activities of daily living.
