CRNA Opportunity - Tyler, Texas

Join a collaborative and well-supported anesthesia team in the Tyler, Texas area, where CRNAs play an essential role in providing high-quality care. This is a hospital-employed W-2 opportunity at a Level 2 Trauma Center, offering a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, and no-call requirements.

  • Diverse Case Exposure: Trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, plastics, pediatrics, eyes, EP, and GI. Optional OB cases for those proficient in epidural and spinal anesthesia. No hearts or transplants.
  • Flexible Scheduling: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts available, with additional 16- and 24-hour shifts after onboarding.
  • No Call Requirement: Enjoy a great work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for Premium Pay: Earn extra during weekdays and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits Package
  • Guaranteed 40 hours/week pay $225,000-$250,000 base salary
  • Overtime Pay: For hours worked over 40 per week.
  • Shift Differentials: Evening, night, and weekend differentials can be stacked for additional earnings.
  • Holidays paid at 1.5x pay rate.
  • Sign-On Bonus Up to $75,000.
