5am-3:30pm (Overtime on Friday & Saturday 4am-12pm)
Pay:$16.75/hr

Job Responsibilities
- Follow safety guidelines
- Follow standard work instructions as assigned
- Prepare and clean surface materials
- Set up and operate blast booth or similar equipment
- Load and unload the blast cabinet
- Assist with painting and coating
- Apply and remove non‑skid materials
- Perform hands‑on tasks
- Utilize hand or power tools
- Properly handle product to prevent defects
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Inspect product prior to coating
- Meet production standards
- Work individually or in a team environment
- Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation

- 6 + months previous Powder Coat, Sandblasting or similar experience
- Attention to detail
- Basic math
- Ability to read tape measure
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to stand for 10 hours or more
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit, stand, and reach
- Able to carry, twist, push, and pull products
