Competitive pay based on experience. Machine shop experience required. Minimum 10 years of experience.
The candidate must have extensive machine shop experience and the ability to assist and direct employees in operating most machines found within an automotive machine shop. The ideal candidate would be familiar with ordering engine parts and organizing engine parts for production. Candidates should be able to anticipate problems that might arise during engine assembly and machining processes and possess exceptional problem-solving skills.
Candidates should enjoy the challenge of running and coordinating a large operation and have the ability to bring out the best in the people around them.
