** Job Summary
** As a Life & Health sales agent, you are the front line in customer service. You are the person that clients depend on to fulfill requests and provide services that best meet their needs. To do this, you will offer services and provide support in person and via telephone or internet. You will also be responsible for maintaining client files, ensuring that returning clients are served to the best level possible.

* Primary Responsibilities:
*** Sell various types of Life and Health insurance policies to individuals.
* Stay compliant with all products and clients
* Complete necessary trainings certifications, AHIP
* Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new and current products.
* Researching and matching the best insurance product for the client.
* Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
* Develop marketing strategies to meet sales goals.
* Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
* Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
* Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
* Participate in team building
* Other duties assigned by leadership.
** Primary
Skills & Requirements:
*** Bilingual in English & Spanish
* High School Diploma or GED
* ** Texas Life and Health General Lines Insurance License
*** Ability to meet Sales Goals, once training and coaching is completed.
* Detail Oriented

* Be willing to work as a team and independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft programs
