We are seeking a Catering & Events Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment. We are looking for the "Antidote" to typical industry friction—a leader who acts as the positive common denominator for team success. You will join a very strong management team where mutual respect and professional conduct are non-negotiable.

• The Excellence Reflex: You lead by example with a natural reaction to fix what isn't right and a constant drive to improve the guest experience.
• Cultural Stewardship: You act as a guardian of our team health, proactively squashing drama and communicating effectively to maintain a strong, professional team dynamic.

• Earning Potential: Total compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses and gratuity , with a potential gross income of $75,000 annually or more .

• Paid Time Off: 5 Days PTO provided upon hire for salaried managers.
• 10 Days (80 hours) annually after 1 year of service.
• 15 Days (120 hours) annually after 3 years.
• 20+ Days for long‑term tenure (up to 25 days).
