• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health, or the equivalent.
• Experience working in a healthcare-related setting.
• Some exposure to long-term care, skilled nursing, and/or assisted living preferred.

• The Administrator in Training will work under the guidance of a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Preceptor to acquire the necessary knowledge and experience required to manage a skilled living center, and pass the examination for licensure to become a Nursing Home Administrator.
