Experienced Caregivers​/Prn

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Lead Caregivers to join our team!

• Are you over the age of 18?
• Do you have reliable transportation?
• Do you have vehicle insurance?
• Do you have a valid driver's license?
• Do you have at least one year of professional caregiving experience?

• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s care
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support client needs
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
• Document and maintain accurate records of care activities, changes in condition, and incidents.
• Provide direct care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility support, and medication reminder
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
• Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
