Position: Enrollment Director, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD

Most enrollment positions are designed to maximize volume. This one is designed to uphold standards.

2 Hour Learning partners with families who require precision, discretion, and demonstrable results. We condense a full academic day into two concentrated hours through AI-enabled, mastery-based instruction. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, and the evidence supports it. Afternoons are freed for deeper exploration, independent development, and practical skill acquisition. The model is effective. But effectiveness depends on enrolling the right families.

This is your responsibility.

You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and continuing through onboarding. This is not a pass‑off position. You are accountable for how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made for sound reasons. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate thoughtful discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. The objective is not enrolling as many families as possible.

The objective is ensuring mutual fit.

We welcome candidates from high‑end service backgrounds outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive programs, luxury hospitality, executive assistance, premium membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high‑value client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a high‑touch, multi‑phase process with discernment, transparency, and consistency.

If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality shape the brand, this role will be recognizable—simply applied to work that genuinely transforms outcomes.

This is a full‑time, salaried, on‑site position. We are hiring in Dallas‑Fort Worth, Austin, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Taking full ownership of the enrollment process for prospective families, starting with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs‑based conversations to assess compatibility prior to offering solutions or advising on next actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, maintaining clear tracking of status and scheduled follow‑ups.
  • Conducting campus visits, trial experiences, and decision‑oriented meetings that articulate outcomes, set expectations, and clarify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Keeping CRM and enrollment data accurate (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Deploying transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting families who are poorly suited simply to meet enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Transferring responsibility for the family journey to other personnel.
  • Working from a remote location. This role requires campus presence.
