, allowing you to utilize your specialized pediatric training while maintaining broad anesthesia skills across the full patient spectrum. This diverse case mix ensures continuous professional engagement and prevents burnout from over-specialization.
Join a dynamic program experiencing significant growth across multiple pediatric specialties. You ll provide anesthesia services for diverse cases including Pediatric Surgery, Neonatology, Pediatric GI procedures, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Ear/Nose/Throat (Tubes and Tonsils), Urology, Imaging studies, and Pediatric Acute Care. This variety ensures continuous professional engagement while allowing you to make meaningful impacts across the full spectrum of pediatric care.
The pediatric home beeper call is notably low acuity with a manageable 1:4 rotation, ensuring you can maintain work-life balance while providing essential coverage.
