A group in the Tyler, Texas area is seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join a dynamic team of Anesthesiologists and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). As a Pediatric Anesthesiologist, your primary responsibility will be to provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures. This includes both inpatient and outpatient surgeries, as well as GI endoscopy, vascular surgeries, trauma, neurology, obstetrics, and approximately 20% healthy pediatric cases. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the safety and comfort of young patients undergoing various surgical interventions.

Additionally, you will participate in a call rotation with a general call frequency of 1:16. This involves in‑house call responsibilities, complemented by off‑post call. This structure aims to provide a balanced workload while ensuring that high‑quality care is consistently available to patients.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess an MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology. A pediatric fellowship is required, ensuring that you have the specialized training needed to care for pediatric patients effectively. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to thrive in a cohesive team environment.
