Your New Role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking residential plumbing services in Tyler, Texas

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments

  • Dispatch plumbing technicians using company software

  • Collect payments and accurately classify service calls

  • Respond to customer reviews and maintain professional communication

  • Enter receipts into Quick Books and maintain organized financial records

  • Keep detailed customer notes to support the service team

  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment

  • Positive attitude with a customer first mindset

  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Basic computer skills, experience with Quick Books is a plus

  • Plumbing industry knowledge is helpful but not required
