Leading EPC Engineering and construction provider in Texas servicing the oil and gas industry. We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to grow with the company and commission and close out projects.

Construction, Building Construction, Architecture and Planning

• Oversee the commissioning process for all construction projects, ensuring that all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to client operational requirements.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules, ensuring adherence.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to manage the commissioning process effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials of the highest quality.
• Train and mentor staff on commissioning procedures and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during the commissioning process.
• Document and report on the commissioning progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in Electrical, Construction, EPC, Commissioning, and Substation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective with team members at all levels.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, thinking critically and making effective decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry.
• Certification in commissioning management or a related field is an added advantage.
