Responsibilities- Oversee the commissioning process for all construction projects, ensuring that all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to client operational requirements.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules, ensuring adherence.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to manage the commissioning process effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials of the highest quality.
- Train and mentor staff on commissioning procedures and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during the commissioning process.
- Document and report on the commissioning progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in Electrical, Construction, EPC, Commissioning, and Substation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective with team members at all levels.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, thinking critically and making effective decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and standards in the construction industry.
- Certification in commissioning management or a related field is an added advantage.
