We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) who want to work every weekend — Saturday AM through Sunday NOC. You’ll enjoy 1 weekend off per quarter or 16 hours off. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN is responsible for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Responsibilities include assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care; adherence to care standards; maintaining safety; supervising nursing assistants and helpers; following North Shore policies; performing duties per State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards.

• An RN with an active license and a heart for elder care
• Someone who values teamwork, accountability, and pride in their work
• Must have and maintain current CPR certification
• Able to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.)
• Able to calculate drug dosage
• Meets all health requirements imposed by law
• Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other center staff
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Demonstrated basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications
• Skilled nursing experience preferred—but passion and attitude matter most
• New graduates welcome with training and support provided
