• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience (2 years preferred)
• Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state (Wisconsin RN jobs)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• COVID vaccination required
• Proficiency in tracheostomy care, ventilator management, chest tube management, cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Experience caring for med/surg, stroke, sepsis, DKA, ARDS, multi-system failure, post-op, post cardiac arrest, and COVID patients
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• First-time travel nurses considered upon review

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and stepdown units
• Monitor and manage patients with complex conditions such as stroke, sepsis, DKA, ARDS, multi-system failure, post-op complications, and COVID
• Perform advanced ICU procedures: ventilator and chest tube management, tracheostomy care, cardiac monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including hospitalists, CNAs, and phlebotomy staff
• Float to medical-surgical units as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations
• Complete a one-shift orientation to learn unit flow
