5000 Memorial Drive, Two Rivers, WI 54241. Surgical Services is located on the second floor of our hospital with many patient rooms facing the lake. We support 7 Operating Rooms, 2 GI rooms, 7 PACU bays and 16 Pre/Post Operative Rooms. Our department consistently earns high patient satisfaction and outcome scores, and our team has received multiple hospital‑wide awards, including nurse of the year, Daisy, and celebrating certification.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Required to obtain ACLS and PALS by the American Heart Association

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and clear communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
