GHR Healthcare - PH Division is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Two Rivers, Wisconsin.

• Neonates to geriatrics, various types of illnesses, majority of patients are adults

• 1-5, up to 6 rarely (acuity based)

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, PALS, De-escalation training (MOAB or CPI)

• General ED skillset, chest tubes, drips, IV starts, phlebotomy, EKGs, cardiac rhythm interpretation

• CNA (Ratio – 1:12)
• Charge nurse: does this person have patient load? No titled Charge RN in the ED
• Phlebotomy team? ED RN’s will perform phlebotomy at the bedside
• Resource Nurse, Lead RN functions as a resource
• RT – in house 24/7? Yes
• Hospitalist – in house 24/7? Yes
• Bedside and Nursing station telemetry – no tele tech

• 1 shift on the unit to learn the flow

• Weekend rotation? Yes, every other
• Can we approve time off? (typically we are able to approve up to 7 days without approval) Yes,But consideration should also be given to staffing needs of the department.
