Overview
Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in digital technology, is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to sell our full line of office solutions within the Cleveland, OH territory. You will be accountable for selling multi-functional, full-color copiers and printers, and software solutions (e‑BRIDGE Global Print, Document Capture, Document Management, and Digital Signage), as well as other non-Toshiba products.
As part of the role, you will generate new business and help clients reduce costs, secure documents, and lessen their environmental footprint. You will gain exposure to multiple business units, with opportunities to develop skills and advance your career.
Note:
First-year potential total compensation is described below.
- Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota through cold calling and self-generated leads.
- Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products.
- Develop new business through prospecting and high conversion rates from lead generation campaigns.
- Understand client objectives and needs; align Toshiba products and services to create business opportunities; build and maintain client relationships and deliver high levels of client care.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinate sale terms and client training; act as an ambassador for Toshiba.
- Create and maintain a prospecting plan, including territory management and prospecting objectives; identify opportunities and conduct sales reporting as required.
- Develop understanding of industry trends influencing the marketplace.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two or more years of outside or inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment, or five or more years of high-volume sales experience in Technology, Finance, Mortgage/Real Estate, and/or Consulting.
- Five or more years of business-to-business experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Base salary: $36,000.00 to $45,000.00 depending on experience.
- First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, bonus, and expense allowance of approximately $80,000.
- Manufacturer incentive programs average earnings $4,000-$10,000 plus.
- Uncapped monthly commissions, monthly bonus, and other incentives.
