The Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance is responsible for supervising and working alongside a crew of landscape technicians to complete high‑quality landscape maintenance and installation projects. This Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance role plays a critical leadership function in daily field operations—ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and to company standards. The Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance also serves as the primary point of contact for clients in the field and supports ongoing crew development, training, and safety compliance.

Recordkeeping & Reporting

Safety & Compliance

The Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance Is Expected To:

  • Enforce PPE requirements and safe equipment practices
  • Identify and correct job site hazards
  • Participate in safety training and ensure crew compliance

Experience & Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience:

    2–3 years in landscaping required
  • Leadership

    Experience:

    1+ year preferred, especially in a Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance capacity
  • Licensing:
    Valid driver's license required; DOT card or equipment certifications a plus
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation
    • Ability to lead and motivate crews in fast‑paced environments
    • Strong equipment operation proficiency
    • Excellent organization and attention to detail
    • Clear, professional communication skills
    • Ability to manage changing priorities effectively
