The Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance is responsible for supervising and working alongside a crew of landscape technicians to complete high‑quality landscape maintenance and installation projects. This Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance role plays a critical leadership function in daily field operations—ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and to company standards. - Providing daily instruction, delegation, and oversight to landscape technicians
- Leading on-the-job training and reinforcing best practices

- Daily labor tracking and timesheet verification
- Material usage documentation
- Job logs, audits, change orders, and delivery confirmations

- Enforce PPE requirements and safe equipment practices
- Identify and correct job site hazards
- Participate in safety training and ensure crew compliance

Experience & Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Experience:
2–3 years in landscaping required - Leadership
Experience:
1+ year preferred, especially in a Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance capacity - Licensing:
Valid driver's license required; DOT card or equipment certifications a plus - Skills:
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation
- Ability to lead and motivate crews in fast‑paced environments
- Strong equipment operation proficiency
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities effectively

- Working outdoors in all weather: heat, cold, rain, wind, and sun
- Exposure to noise, dust, pollen, and landscape materials
- Navigating uneven terrain, slopes, ladders, or active job sites
- Required PPE usage: gloves, glasses, ear protection, boots
The Landscape Crew Leader, Maintenance must be available for:
- Early start times
