Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

The Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift will be responsible for avariety of mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks that require skilled expertise. Skills

• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical/electronic,hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions
• Proficiency in navigating and interpreting ladder logic in SLC
  500, PLC 5, and Control Logix software
• Experience in modifying positions and diagnosing problems onABB robots (Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700)
• Competency in both gas and electric welding operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective repair procedures

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in manufacturing equipment
• Install, move, and align both new and existing equipment
• Set up and operate various types of machine shop equipment accurately d
  * Maintain accurate machine repair records and aneat work area
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance tasks on plant equipment
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervision or the designated team leader

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics,Robotics, and Welding
• Experience in troubleshooting die casting machine cells using
  
  PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics

Education Requirements

• Technical or vocational education (certificates or some college courses)
