E-Commerce Product Data and Integrity Specialist
DF Supply, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, Excel-proficient E-Commerce Product Data and Integrity Specialist to join our Content department to maintain product information across more than 40 e-commerce websites. This role focuses on entering and updating vendor-provided product data and price files within our internal systems. Accuracy and consistency are essential, as product data impacts inventory, quoting, ordering, and customer trust.
The ideal candidate enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in precision. You will process vendor spreadsheets, update pricing, add new products, and manage discontinued items. Strong written communication skills are required, as this role includes regular email communication with vendors to request missing information and clarify discrepancies.
In addition to maintaining daily updates, we are looking for someone who can evaluate current workflows and suggest improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen data integrity. This role involves working with Excel, PDFs, images, Adobe applications, and basic HTML within our enterprise and e-commerce systems.
