IT Client Support Associate – Onsite Twinsburg, OH IT support

Leading food distribution company is looking for a IT client support associate. This role is responsible for addressing all technical issues on the premises. As the primary point of contact for IT at this location, you must be approachable and customer-focused, acting as the face of the IT department.

Schedule - 3 Days: 8:00am - 5:00pm & 2 days: 10:00am-7:00pm (Monday-Friday). Worker is able to select which 2 days they would like to work the later schedule, as long as it’s not Mondays.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• HSD/GED, Degree preferred
• 2+ Years of IT
  
  Experience:
  
  Proficiency with hardware management, including building systems, providing training, and assembling laptops.
• 2+ Years of Customer Service
  
  Experience:
  
  Strong customer service skills
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
• Windows and Printers troubleshooting experience with printers.
• Networking troubleshooting experience:
  Understanding of network infrastructure and concepts.

Preferences:

• VPN experience preferred.
