A reputable manufacturing company in Twinsburg, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions onsite. This role requires implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You will also administer employee benefits, oversee payroll, and drive operational improvements, fostering a positive workplace culture.

This is a full-time position with in-office presence required five days a week.
