About The Role
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a highly detail oriented Data Entry / Order Entry Associate to support a fast paced customer service and operations environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate entry of customer orders into our client's ERP system. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment as the company transitions following a recent acquisition.
Attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this position.
Pay: $21/hour
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Temp to Hire
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Dress Code: Business Casual

- Enter all customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system (Net Suite).
- Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
- Maintain digital records and documentation related to orders.
- Support Customer Service Representatives by ensuring all orders are entered correctly the first time.
- Communicate with CSR team when order clarification or corrections are needed.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and order processing guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, order entry, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
