A Driver Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, screening, & interviewing qualified applicants for Independent Contractor & Company Driver positions while also working closely with the Operations and Safety.

The Driver Recruiter is also responsible for conducting new driver orientations and adhering to a standardized agenda and processes.

• Assist with the job posting and advertising process

• Screen applications and select qualified candidates

• Schedule and conducts interviews

• Collaborate and correspond with other departments such as Operations and Safety

• Conduct new driver orientations
