What You Can Expect

Under limited supervision, responsible for transporting the mobile mammography vehicle to and from scheduled screening and maintenance appointments. Assists in set‑up/take‑down functions of the vehicle.

  • Operates vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Confirms with scheduled sites in advance and secures space for parking the vehicle.
  • Ensures vehicle is adequately fueled at all times.
  • Responsible for set‑up/take‑down functions of the vehicle at scheduled sites.
  • Maintains exterior/interior cleanliness of mobile vehicle.
  • Maintains records of receipts and expenses to allow for adequate budget preparation.
  • Inspect the vehicle daily to ensure the safety of passengers and to prevent downtime.
  • Maintains logs recording cargo transported, arrival and departure times, and miles traveled.
  • Maintains the vehicle maintenance as needed and informs supervisor of needed repairs.
  • Initiates problem solving and conflict resolution skills to foster effective work relationships with peers.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience:

    1 year experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications:

    Current valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
