Pay Range: $30-$40 per hour DOE
Sign-On Bonus:
Potential $5,000-$8,000
Schedule:
7:00am start time, one-hour lunch, overtime as needed.

Position Summary:
The HVAC Commercial Field Foreman oversees commercial installation crews and ensures all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This position is responsible for coordinating workflow, managing job site operations, and maintaining communication with project managers, contractors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee commercial HVAC installation crews on job sites
* Coordinate materials, equipment, and workflow to keep projects on schedule
* Ensure quality installation of commercial systems including RTUs, split systems, VRF, hydronic components, and duct systems
* Read and interpret plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings
* Perform site evaluations, safety checks, and ensure compliance with codes
* Coach and develop install team members
* Communicate effectively with contractors, inspectors, project managers, and clients
* Provide clear job updates and documentation
* Assist with hands-on installation work as needed
Qualifications:
* 5+ years commercial HVAC installation experience, including crew leadership
* EPA Certification (Helpful)
* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
* Strong understanding of commercial HVAC design, layout, and installation standards
* Proficient with refrigerant systems, gas piping, air balance, and low voltage controls
* Ability to manage job site workflow and solve problems quickly
* Strong communication and professionalism with customers, contractors, and team members
* Solid understanding of mechanical and building codes
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
