- Complete daily assignments and training activities to achieve established success standards
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in the workplace
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
- Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of calls
- Strong capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds and a distraction-free work environment
- Bilingual Spanish-English skillset is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
