• The Retail Sales Lead supports daily store operations by guiding the sales team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and engaging. This role helps drive store performance through hands-on leadership—coaching team members, assisting customers, managing merchandise, and supporting opening/closing procedures. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and role model who can inspire others while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.

• A Sales Lead is a key support leader in a retail store who helps drive sales and guide the team. Their main responsibilities include:
• Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with purchases.
• Coaching and supporting sales associates during their shifts.
• Helping meet daily and weekly sales goals by motivating the team and tracking performance.
• Handling opening and closing procedures, including cash handling when needed.
• Maintaining store standards, such as organizing merchandise, restocking, and keeping the sales floor clean.
• Solving customer issues and helping with returns or escalations.
• Communicating with management about store needs, staffing, and sales opportunities.

Overall, the Sales Lead helps keep the store running smoothly while setting a strong example for the team.

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
• Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
