Location: This position is an onsite role, based in Twin Falls, Idaho at the Clif Bar Bakery.
Mission: Serve as the strategic leader for organizational improvements and loss intelligence with the bakery by partnering with key stakeholders (pillar leaders and external stakeholders). This role serves to understand key losses and build and execute a master plan to minimize key organizational losses within the bakery.
Responsibilities & Outcomes- Partner with the IL6S Pillar Leads to create a master plan for the Organizational (Org) Pillar that delivers phase objectives and ensure visibility for the current phase and progression to the next phase.
- Build a strategy and Zero Loss Journey that will enable the bakery to deliver the Org Pillar deliverables for the current phase.
- Establish and develop an Org Pillar Team that can deliver the objectives in the master plan and continuously build capability within the team through regular coaching & qualification of the Org Pillar step-up card.
- Set up rhythm around the Org Pillar PDCA (plan, do, check, act) approach to ensure that all work processes are progressing per plan.
- Regularly partner with other pillars through robust give-gets to ensure key milestones of the phase are delivered.
- Partner with the Regional Org Pillar on achieving key milestones for the pillar at the regional level and have continuous communication with the region to give visibility of any good practices in place as well as leverage the current best practices happening at other sites within the region.

- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills required.

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years' relevant experience
- Experience with Power
BI is a plus. - Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is a plus.
- Fundamental knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Tools is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
