Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for automotive excellence? We're seeking an Area Manager to oversee 4+ repair locations in the Twin Falls area, fueling profitability, team success, and seamless expansion. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, this role offers hands-on impact in a fast-growing network—perfect for proven multi-unit pros ready to shape the future. Base salary: $85K-$95K + performance incentives (DOE).

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership:
    Oversee daily ops across locations, enforcing SOPs, KPIs, and standards for workflow, service quality, and customer experience. Conduct site visits to spot bottlenecks and drive efficiencies.
  • Team Development:
    Coach Service Managers and shop leaders; handle hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and performance management to build high-performing teams and bench strength for growth.
  • Financial Accountability:
    Own metrics like revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, ARO, car count, and tech productivity. Analyze P&Ls, support budgeting/forecasting, and implement strategies to hit/exceed targets.
  • Safety & Compliance:
    Model safe practices; lead audits, enforce OSHA/company policies, ensure PPE use, and address incidents promptly. Promote a safety-first culture.
  • Growth Support:
    Partner with central teams (Accounting, HR, IT, Marketing) for reporting/compliance. Lead integrations for new acquisitions, fostering consistency and cultural alignment during expansion.
Qualifications

Minimum:

  • 5+ years leadership in automotive repair or multi-unit service ops, with proven multi-location/team management.
  • Strong financial acumen and KPI focus; basic-moderate automotive repair knowledge.
  • Proficiency in shop management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills; valid driver's license with clean MVR; willing to travel between sites.

Preferred:

  • Experience driving operational growth and acquisitions.
