Ridley's Family Markets is looking for 2 full-time pharmacists in the Magic Valley area. Ridley's has 6 pharmacies in the Magic Valley area. These positions offer competitive salaries with great benefits.

Responsibilities

Checking/verifying prescriptions, providing great customer service, interacting with physicians, and managing pharmacy personnel.

Executing common store processes and helping the pharmacy operations achieve their planned business objectives.

Upholding service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, managing inventory, and record keeping.

Satisfying all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements.

Ensuring all work processes are performed efficiently and effectively at each work station by performing quality assurance steps.

Demonstrating leadership by providing honest feedback, coaching, mentoring, and recognition to pharmacy staff and partnering with management in implementing store programs to help meet sales objectives and increase prescription volume.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

BS in Pharmacy or Pharm

D.

Active pharmacy license in the state where the job you are applying for, with all held licenses in good standing.

Strong commitment to customer service and willingness to provide clinical services, such as immunizations and health screenings.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
