The first one is full-time at Twin Falls Transitional Care Center
.
The second one is a full-time floating position between potentially Oak Creek Rehabilitation in Kimberly, Desert View Care Center in Buhl, and/or Lincoln Care Center in Shoshone

Treat patients under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Occasionally treat clinically complex patients with PT support
Perform and assist with all types of transfers
Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, and balance interventions
Carry out established treatment plans and document patient progress
Provide patient and family education related to mobility and safety
Collaborate closely with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team
If you'd like additional support with any competencies,
we are happy to provide training and mentorship.

Up to $39/hour
, depending upon experience

Flexible day-to-day work schedule
Current Idaho PTA license in good standing
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Organized, self-starter who enjoys working with the geriatric population
Preferred:
At least one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility. That said-if you are a caring, passionate, licensed therapist who loves working with older adults,
