Overview
To start around 23rd March 2026,
Radnor House School Twickenham offers an apprenticeship for a school evening caretaker. The role is full‑time, working each day from 13:00 to 21:00, and includes 25 days annual leave, bank holidays and Christmas closure. Apprentices are supported with time to attend college and work with a highly motivated team that strives to provide the best and safest environment.
- Maintain and secure the school premises, furniture and equipment.
- Support the Premises Manager and contribute to a safe, welcoming school environment.
- Supervise the after‑hours cleaning team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Apply general trade skills such as plumbing, carpentry and decorating as required.
- Use computer systems appropriately to assist in the role.
- Energy, willingness to learn and a strong commitment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Aptitude for general trades including plumbing, carpentry and decorating.
