Location: Remote (Harrow/Watford/Uxbridge/Enfield)
Employment Type: Full-time
Important: This role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle. Mileage is reimbursed.
Responsibilities- Attend on‑site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts (75% of signings).
- Generate your own pipeline through referrals and cold canvassing (25% of signings).
- Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs.
- Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
- Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post‑sale.
- Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go‑to‑market execution.
Commission: Uncapped — exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally.
Transportation: Mileage reimbursed for use of a personal vehicle; free Ring Go parking account provided.

Skills & Attributes- Highly motivated with a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Excellent face‑to‑face communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
- Self‑starter; resilient and motivated by commission and results.
- Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and operations teams.
- Experience in B2B field sales with proven quota attainment (payments industry experience not required). Preferred.
- Experience selling to SME owners.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, with flexibility to travel regionally as required (mileage reimbursed; no car allowance).
