We are recruiting for an experienced Landscaper / Groundworker to join a long-term permanent role working across housing association properties in the Teddington area.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out landscaping and groundworks across residential properties

Turfing, planting, fencing, paving, and slabbing works

Minor groundwork repairs to paths, kerbs, and external areas

Maintaining communal and external spaces to a high standard

Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently

Adhering to health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
Proven experience in landscaping or groundworks

Experience working within social housing or residential environments (preferred)

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage workloads

Reliable, professional, and quality-focused
