Additionally, the successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will play a key role in the continued growth of the team and build and maintain client relationships.

Our client is a full-service firm with a strong presence in London and the South East. They cater for both individuals and businesses, building and maintaining excellent client relationships. Staffed by a dedicated team, they pride themselves on providing tailored services to suit their individual clients’ needs in a professional and friendly manner. They are now seeking a Childcare Solicitor on a permanent basis.

• Advising parents and children
• Childcare proceedings
• Special guardianship orders
• Adoption
• Child protection cases
• Attending pre-proceeding meetings
• Representation at contested final hearings
• Building client relationships
• Participating in business development activities

• Qualified solicitors and legal executives with a between 2-5 years PQE
• Technically proficient in childcare matters
• Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
• IT literate with expertise in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Proclaim is desirable
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
• Has an aptitude for business development

• Salary of £48,000 - £60,000 very much dependent on experience
• 1-2 days from home
• Generous holiday allowance of 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
