About the JobThis is a hands-on Management Accountant role, supporting the Finance Director and wider business with financial analysis, reporting, and planning. You'll play a key part in preparing accurate monthly accounts and maintaining strong financial controls across multiple branches.

Duties will include:

• Producing monthly EBITDA figures and ensuring balance sheet support

• Posting journals including accruals and prepayments

• Delivering executive-level commentary and insights on financial results

• Managing forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes

• Reconciling general ledger accounts, bank transactions, and VAT

• Overseeing daily and monthly stock reconciliations and investigating variances

• Supporting the month-end close and audit preparation

• Handling import declarations and preparing quarterly VAT returns

• Collaborating closely with branch managers and the finance team

About the Successful ApplicantYou will be an experienced Management Accountant with at least three years' relevant experience, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Strong Excel skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a solid grasp of financial reporting are essential. You must be UK-based and able to reliably commute to TW2.
