Multi Location Retail Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan

We are seeking passionate, hard‑working individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, highly professional environment. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour.

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open and close business as required
• Handle daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment
• Attend off‑site sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours per day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
