• Measuring sales goals daily/weekly/monthly
• Assisting with daily store manager administrative work
• Assisting with training new hire sales associates
• Holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walking customers to their rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment
• Attending off‑sight sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
