Aboutthe Role
As our Account Executive, you’ll engage with business owners and guide them through an empowering lending process. You’ll collaborate with our underwriting department to create customized payment plans that align seamlessly with clients’ cash flow, minimizing financial strain while effectively boosting their growth ambitions. You will maintain a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 100‑150 calls a day, ensuring every client receives top‑notch customer support and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities- Conduct 100‑150 outbound calls daily to potential clients, sparking new business opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate new leads while managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with underwriting to tailor repayment plans that drive client success.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inside sales experience with a track record of success in closing deals and meeting quotas is preferred.
- Proven top performer with a knack for consultative, value‑based selling.
- Must be self‑motivated, eager to learn, and driven to achieve financial rewards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we welcome candidates with relevant experience in working capital financing, equipment leasing, or financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills are a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce).

Compensation Package- Pay Range: $22‑$25 hourly + Commissions
- First‑Year Expected Income: Between $75,000‑$100,000 (OTE) with a (3) month paid training and ramp‑up period.
- Commissions: Uncapped earnings potential!
On‑site position in Anaheim, CA (relocation open to those willing to relocate).
