A Style Consultant focuses on strong operations and an incredible guest experience, bringing the energy of style to life with in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery.

Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests needs on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. They ensure the floor is set full with the right product, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

The role of a Style Consultant provides skills and experiences such as guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, industry trends, and visual merchandising basics.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization and locate merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and signing execution for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with laws (e.g., beverage laws where applicable).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and helping solve their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within set time frames.
