Real Estate Opportunity We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to grow a more consistent and profitable business while working alongside experienced producers and earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is built for agents who value structure, coaching, and hands on mentorship as they work toward higher production and long term stability. First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+ You will learn how to generate and convert clients, strengthen communication and negotiation skills, and manage transactions from the first conversation through closing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Set appointments
  • Database and CRM mastery

Qualifications
  • Self‑motivation and drive
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Organized and manages time effectively

Compensation

$165,000+ per year
