Position: Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, Care at Home

Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, Care at Home

Start Date:

ASAP Pay Rate: $165,000 - $175,000 annually.

Position
  • Provide hands‑on clinical leadership and support for a Home Health team.
  • Work an 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care, supervise clinical staff, and drive operational efficiency within the Care at Home program.
  • Require proven home‑health leadership experience, a BSN, and a current RN license. Must be highly organized, patient‑focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills are critical.
  • Must be available to start within 2‑3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Active California RN license required.
  • Previous healthcare experience required.

Compensation Details
  • Compensation Range: $165 000 to $175 000 annually.
  • Final compensation determined by experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations (Fair Market Value). Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package covering health, dental, vision, retirement, and more.
  • Range is a good‑faith estimate and may be subject to future adjustments.
