Manage the studio’s social media presence, including creating posts, fostering engagement, and developing content
Track and report lead KPIs and review performance monthly with the studio owner
Oversee daily studio operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service
Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager, Head Coach, and Studio Owner to maintain overall studio health and profitability
Develop a fun, inclusive, and high-energy community that members are proud to be part of
Build and maintain strong relationships with members to promote satisfaction and retention
Oversee the successful opening of the studio and contribute to strategic direction and long-term growth
